**Visitor and Front Desk Management**: Greet and assist visitors, handle calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently.
- **Administrative Operations**: Oversee general admin and housekeeping activities, including office supplies management, calendar scheduling, meeting arrangements, and vendor coordination.
- **Vendor and Contract Management**: Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate rates, renew contracts/AMCs, and gather market information for cost-effective procurement.
- **Travel and Accommodation Management**:Manage domestic and international travel, accommodation, food arrangements, and transportation for employees and guests. Improve travel programs continuously.
- **Housekeeping and Hygiene Oversight**: Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and pest control by supervising housekeeping activities and maintaining hygiene standards.
- **Documentation and Record Maintenance**:Maintain proper records and files, including MIS for attendance, travel, courier, staff movement, and IT/non-IT asset allocation.
- **Cost Optimization and Multitasking**:Suggest and implement cost-saving measures while efficiently managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
