**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Designer to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality wooden furniture components and interior elements as per design specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines (router, lathe, panel saw, etc.) for cutting, shaping, and drilling wood and panel materials.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files provided by the design team.
- Ensure precise production of customized components for modular furniture, cabinetry, wall panels, etc.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and adherence to dimensions and finish standards.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to optimize material use and minimize waste.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a woodworking or furniture manufacturing environment (1-3 years preferred).
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Woodworking, or a related field.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a plus).
- Familiarity with materials like MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, and hardwood.
- Proficiency in **ArtCAM software**; basic understanding of AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and commitment to product quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
