**CNC sheet bending machine operator**

**Job description**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Understanding / reading of drawing given for work

Operation on CNC controller and basic settings

**Required Education and Experience**:
High School Diploma or ITI.

Basic knowledge of computer.

Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.

0-3 years’ experience as a Bending machine operator in metal manufacturing industry
- Work experience on CNC sheet bending/ Press brake machine
- Experience on **Dalem** controllers
- Experience in basic setting of CNC controllers and job setting in it.
- Experience of bending Sequence setting in controller as per job
- Experience in bending sequence dry run before bending of product
- Experience in bending die requirement, selection and limitations based on job
- Experience in trouble shooting of sheet bending machine issues.
- Experience of dies required as per job
- Experience of Dimension checking as per job.
- Maintaining of machine and work area.

Pay: ₹16,200.00 - ₹18,200.00 per month
