Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Designer to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality wooden furniture components and interior elements as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (router, lathe, panel saw, etc.) for cutting, shaping, and drilling wood and panel materials.
  • Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files provided by the design team.
  • Ensure precise production of customized components for modular furniture, cabinetry, wall panels, etc.
  • Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy.
  • Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and adherence to dimensions and finish standards.
  • Collaborate with the production and design teams to optimize material use and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a woodworking or furniture manufacturing environment (1–3 years preferred).
  • ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Woodworking, or a related field.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a plus).
  • Familiarity with materials like MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, and hardwood.
  • Proficiency in ArtCAM software; basic understanding of AutoCAD or similar design software is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and commitment to product quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
