Description

A warehouse assistant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of a warehouse by handling various tasks including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.

Key responsibilities

Include unloading shipments, conducting inventory counts, organizing and maintaining warehouse shelves, preparing orders for shipment, and completing documentation for incoming and outgoing items. The warehouse assistant may also be required to operate other equipment, ensure a clean and safe work environment, and assist in implementing safety protocols. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are essential for this role.

To effectively manage the stock inventory in your warehouse unit, it's crucial to maintain daily stock levels, generate monthly in-store material reports, and accurately track both inward and outward parts. This includes timely inward part entries and submitting the corresponding billing to the accounts department. Additionally, ensure that all related store operations are organized and documented for efficient workflow and accountability.

**Education**:
Diploma, Graduation, or any degree.

**Skills**:
Communication, computer skills, report preparation, excel. Basic English is must

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Science City, Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Warehouse management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

- 50% (preferred)
