An Outdoor Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and building relationships in various outdoor environments. Here are some key responsibilities for this role:
1. **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

2. **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the company’s products and services to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients.

4. **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to prospective clients in outdoor settings.

5. **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

6. **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management.

7. **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status, providing regular reports to management.

8. **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.

9. **Customer Feedback**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve products and services.

10. **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and other departments to align strategies and enhance overall sales efforts.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, resilience, and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
