Responsibilities:
1. Install and configure software and hardware
2. Manage network servers and technology tools.
3. Manage all IT related work(Laptop, Mobile, Software Subscriptions) and set up accounts and workstations
4. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
5. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
6. Upgrade systems with new releases and models
7. Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies

Requirements and skills:
1. Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
2. Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
3. Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language
4. Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
5. Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
6. Good communication skills.

Qualification:
1. BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
2. Proven experience of 1-2yrs as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role
3. Professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) will be the additional benefit.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
