- Grow and develop Zycus's customer base through user groups, customer advocacy program, social media channels and online community.
- Drive usage and adoption of our products through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
- Grow & evangelize our customer programs internally with Sales, other marketing groups, Product Management and Customer Success.
- identify new opportunities for us to develop user
- generated content.
- Analyze campaigns and share quarterly recommendations for revising and improving our strategy.
- Qualified leads and pipeline from online and offline programs.
- Optimizing customer engagement metrics (open rates, attend rates, social participation)
- Number of customer assets (stories, videos, presentations) delivered.
- Quantity of customer participating in online and in person advocacy opportunities
- Liaising with Agencies, and in house editorial teams to develop content and design for the client and marketing led supplements, and advertorials.
- Conceptualizing and executing on ground events.
