We are seeking a proactive Support Executive to handle chat and call support for our EdTech platform. You will be the first point of contact for users, assisting them with queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
a) Respond to customer inquiries via chat and phone in a timely manner

b) Resolve technical issues and provide product guidance

c) Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

d) Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- **Requirements**:
a) Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

b) Prior experience in customer support, preferably in EdTech

c) Ability to multitask and handle pressure

d) Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
- **Location**: Lucknow

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
