**Job Title: Admin & Labor Compliance Executive**
**Locations: Virar & Vile parle**
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced Admin & Labor Compliance Executive to oversee administrative tasks and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in our construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Tasks**
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
2. Provide administrative support to the project team, including document preparation, correspondence, and communication.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for project personnel.
4. Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
**Labor Compliance**
1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Maintain accurate records of employee data, including attendance, wages, and benefits.
3. Coordinate with HR department to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
5. Investigate and resolve labor-related issues and complaints.
**Statutory Compliance**
1. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including labor laws, tax laws, and environmental regulations.
2. Maintain accurate records of statutory compliance, including licenses, permits, and certifications.
3. Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary licenses, permits, and certifications.
**Reporting and Documentation**
1. Prepare and submit regular reports on administrative and labor compliance matters.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field.
2. Diploma or certification in labor laws and regulations.
**Experience**
1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative and labor compliance roles in the construction industry.
**Skills**
1. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Excellent administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Personal Attributes**
1. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
3. Proactive and problem-solving approach.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
