**Overview**:
The Actuation team is looking to establish a new team to provide aftermarket MRO and spares solutions to global customers. This initiative will also include setting up a world-class customer response center.

**Position: Lead Engineer**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Process MRO & Spares orders administration.
- Experience in Aviation aftermarket, especially in MRO & Spares admin. Equally we’re open to backgrounds in delivering excellent customer relationship skills, stakeholder management & knowledge of SAP or similar tools.
- Drive flawless execution of the logistics case management process to meet customer commitments in a consistent, repeatable manner
- Managing orders, quoting, invoicing as well as dealing with customer queries.
- Support setting up customers on new systems & managing the customer experience
- Manage and resolve inbound Aircraft on Ground (AOG) and critical part demand for a variety of Actuation Systems customers worldwide
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Process and monitor all customer issues and concerns, from initiation to closure using a combination of CRM & ERP systems
- Follow-up with customers on all issues and cases while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Work closely with various departments within the organisation to ensure required information and support is provided to resolve customer issues
- Ensuring all necessary flow-downs to supply chain, shipping, quality, and other stakeholders are communicated timely and accurately
- Achieve all key performance indicators and achieve best in class performance
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Min 3 to 6 years of Industry experience in resolving customer complaints and problems
- Any degree with experience in Aviation aftermarket, especially in MRO & Spares admin
