Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, lead generation campaigns, and referrals. Proactively target both B2B and B2C clients to drive sales.

Sales Presentations & Product Demos:
Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their telecom needs. Provide tailored product presentations, demonstrations, and solutions, including mobile plans, broadband, cloud services, business communications solutions, and more.

Solution Selling:
Promote and sell a wide range of telecom services and products, such as mobile plans, internet packages, enterprise communication solutions, voice services, and IT solutions for businesses.

Account Management:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services as per client requirements. Address customer inquiries, provide ongoing support, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, address objections, and close deals to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Ensure all sales contracts are finalized and signed in a timely manner.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, new telecom technologies, and competitor offerings. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and keep your offerings competitive in the market.

Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance in CRM software. Report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and progress towards sales goals.

Customer Service Excellence:
Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting, handling customer complaints, and ensuring customers have a seamless experience with our products and services.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with technical support, customer service, and delivery teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements:
**Experience**:
1-5 years of experience in telecom sales or related fields (e.g., mobile services, broadband, cloud services, or business communication solutions). Experience with both B2B and B2C sales is preferred.

Product Knowledge:
Solid understanding of telecom products and services, including mobile plans, broadband, enterprise communication solutions, voice services, and data packages.

Sales Skills:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, closing, and prospecting skills. Experience in solution selling and customer relationship management.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex telecom solutions clearly and effectively.

**Education**:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field is preferred.

Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools. Basic understanding of telecom technologies, networks, and solutions is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of business telecom solutions (e.g., VoIP, cloud-based communication systems, and IT infrastructure for businesses).

Experience with digital marketing, online lead generation, or inbound sales.

Knowledge of vertical-specific telecom services (e.g., finance, healthcare, education).
