Job Description: Economics Teacher

**Position**: Economics Teacher
**Salary**: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month
**Location**: JP Nagar, Bengaluru

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Economics lessons for secondary school students in accordance with the CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and understanding of Economics concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities that cater to different learning styles.
- Evaluate and assess students' progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records of students' performance and progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and any concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Economics and incorporate relevant information into the curriculum.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) degree is preferred.
- Proven experience teaching Economics at the secondary school level.
- In-depth knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and examination requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and administrative purposes.
