**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Planning & Delivery**:

- Teach Economics to classes 11 and 12 (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Design engaging lessons that explain economic principles and integrate current trends.

**Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Set and grade assignments, tests, and exams as per board standards.
- Provide feedback and track student progress to adjust teaching strategies.

**Student Engagement**:

- Create an inclusive, engaging classroom that encourages participation.
- Support students with board exams, competitive exams, and career advice.

**Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Use classroom resources effectively, including textbooks and digital tools.

**Collaboration**:

- Work with colleagues to improve the Economics curriculum.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and administration on student progress.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the syllabus and new teaching methods.
- Attend workshops and professional development programs.

**Extracurricular Participation**:

- Contribute to school events, competitions, and student clubs related to Economics.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Postgraduate degree in Economics (M.A./M.Sc. in Economics) from a recognized institution.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level preferred.
- Experience in preparing students for board and competitive exams (optional but preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to use technology effectively in the classroom (e.g., Smart Boards, digital learning platforms).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.

**Salary**:
As per school norms and qualifications.

**Application Process**:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
