Job Title: Bank Guarantee Executive

Location: Maidan, Kolkata

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the bank guarantee portfolio, including issuance, amendment, and cancellation of guarantees.

3. Conduct credit assessments and risk analysis for new and existing clients

4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and promote trade finance products.

5. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

6. Work closely with risk management to ensure that all guarantees are issued within approved risk appetite and limits.

7. Coordinate with operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of guarantee-related transactions.

8. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the bank guarantee portfolio.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance,, or a related field.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in trade finance, banking, or a related field.

3. Strong knowledge of trade finance products, including guarantees, letters of credit, and factoring.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trade finance systems.

8. Certification in trade finance (e.g., CTF, CITF) is an advantage.
