**Job Title**: Production Coordinator / Admin

**Location**: MRC Nagar, Chennai
**Experience**: 1 - 3 years

**About the Role**

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Production Coordinator / Admin** to support our production team. This role involves handling all documentation, reporting, and on-set coordination to ensure smooth execution of shoots and production activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare, manage, and maintain all shoot documentation and reports.
- Document shoot sheets and circulate updates to relevant teams.
- Take **Minutes of Meeting (MoMs)** and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Act as an on-set liaison to support production teams and ensure schedules are adhered to.
- Track progress, update reports, and support the team with administrative tasks.

**Requirements**:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in **production coordination** or **administrative roles**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and basic documentation tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per month
