**Shipping Executive - Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage import/export shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, etc.).
- Communicate with transporters, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Track shipment status and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain shipping records and documentation for audits.
- Ensure compliance with export-import regulations and company policies.
- Resolve issues related to shipping delays, damages, or discrepancies.
- Work closely with the logistics and warehouse team for smooth operations.
- Maintain cost control and support budgeting for shipping expenses.
- Prepare daily/weekly shipping reports for management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
