Job Title / Designation :Front Office Operation/Front Desk Receptionist
Job Description: To welcome the arriving guests.
? Taking care of the reception along with EPABX handling.
? Housekeeping supervision for the office.
? Arranging setup for meeting & Birthday Party in conference rooms.
? Attending incoming and outgoing calls.
? Attending to all enquiries and clients.
? Dealing with complaints and handling them.
? Stationary issuing authority.
? Maintaining stationary stocks.
? Handling incoming and outgoing couriers.
? Maintaining attendance registers.
? Mobile & sim card issuing authority as per HR instructions.
? Maintaining mobile issued file.
? Maintaining companies envelops, brochures, calendars, diary etc.
? Filling of the arrival and departure register.
? Doing Check in & Check out.
? Maintaining all office files
? Update extn. List time to time.
? Communication and coordination with other
departments.
Key Skills -Must be presentable and good communication
