### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Support**: Answer customer queries promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle and resolve complaints or issues efficiently, offering solutions that satisfy the customer.
- **Product Knowledge**: Provide accurate information about the company's products or services, ensuring customers understand how to use them.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order placements, returns, exchanges, and tracking.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback to help improve products, services, and customer experiences.
- **Database Management**: Maintain accurate customer records, including communication history, preferences, and issues.
- **Upselling & Cross-selling**: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services based on customer needs.
- **Escalation Handling**: Ensure unresolved or complex issues are escalated to the appropriate department for further assistance.

Pay: ₹10,247.81 - ₹15,000.00 per month
