**Odoo Trainee**
**Location**: Calicut

We are looking for **Odoo Trainees** (Freshers) to join our team in **Calicut**. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the field of **Odoo ERP** development and implementation. As a trainee, you will work under the guidance of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in customizing and implementing Odoo solutions for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and customization of Odoo ERP for clients.
- Participate in the development and deployment of various Odoo modules as per client requirements.
- Support the team in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues within Odoo modules.
- Learn and assist in database management, reporting, and integration tasks.
- Help in the creation of user manuals, training materials, and provide end-user support.
- Collaborate with senior developers to understand and implement client specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and features in the Odoo ecosystem.

**Qualifications**:

- **Freshers** are encouraged to apply.
- A strong interest in learning **Odoo ERP** and **business process management**.
- Basic knowledge of **Python** and **SQL** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **web technologies** such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage.
- Good **communication skills** and ability to work as part of a team.
- A **Bachelor’s degree** in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or related fields is preferred.

**Package**:
The compensation will be based on **interview performance** and the **last drawn CTC** (if applicable) or may be structured for freshers.
