Proven experience in program management, leading complex solution development within a matrix organizational environment.
Hands on experience working with cross functional teams across various disciplines.
Extensive project management experience with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of project management and delivery practices, with a proven track record of managing projects using Database technologies in the banking domain.
Added advantage of having Project Management certification such as SCRUM, PMP and/or Agile certification, with solid practical experience in Agile methodologies.
Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project.
Solid technical foundation with a good understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
You will gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.
your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain
Solid experience in Agile Methodologies, preferably holding any certifications with End to end implementation of Agile
Control the entire project life cycle
Works closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project Implementing best-practice, KPI,s and Metrics, tools and processes to drive efficient delivery
Mentor, Motivate and encourage the team members to build a high performing team
Priories the product backlog by working closely with the product owner
Clearly define and communicate requirements and plan to the team and stakeholders
Ensure Quality with on-time delivery of agreed deliverable are met
