Customer Experience Assistant

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Customer Engagement & Support**
- Communicate effectively with customers in **Hindi and English** regarding shipments, deliveries, and order updates.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to logistics, delays, and delivery issues.
- Provide real-time tracking updates and assist customers in resolving queries efficiently.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
**Issue Resolution & Process Optimization**
- Identify common customer pain points and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to address shipment delays, misplaced goods, or damaged products.
- Implement customer service best practices to enhance response time and efficiency.
**Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, queries, and resolutions using CRM software.
- Generate and analyze reports on customer satisfaction, complaints, and service trends.
- Provide feedback to management for process improvements and better customer service strategies.
**Collaboration & Training**
- Work closely with sales, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Assist in training internal teams on customer handling, especially in Hindi-speaking regions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and customer service best practices in logistics.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- **Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory).**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and logistics tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, supply chain, and transportation processes.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in **logistics, supply chain, or transportation**.
- Experience handling **B2B/B2C customer queries** is a plus.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
