**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with developers, content strategists, and marketing teams to translate client goals into engaging user experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs using tools like Figma.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Design responsive, mobile-first interfaces optimized for performance and engagement
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing goals
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Continuously iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and performance metrics

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma)
- Understanding of HTML/CSS basics (bonus if you can communicate effectively with devs)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in fast-paced agency or digital environments is a plus
- Prior exposure to SEO-friendly web design is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
