Job Title: Client Relationship Manager (Youtuber Negotiations)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Associate to join our team. As the Client Relationship Associate you will have to be focused on Youtuber Negotiations, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prominent YouTubers and content creators. Your primary objective will be to negotiate mutually beneficial collaborations, sponsorships, and partnerships with these influencers to drive brand visibility and achieve marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Youtuber Outreach: Identify and reach out to relevant YouTubers and content creators across various niches to explore potential collaboration opportunities.

2. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with YouTubers to secure partnerships, sponsorship deals, and content collaborations that align with our brand's objectives.

3. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with YouTubers, acting as the primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or queries they may have.

4. Campaign Management: Coordinate and manage campaigns involving YouTuber partnerships, ensuring timely and successful execution.

5. Contractual Agreements: Draft and finalize contractual agreements outlining collaboration terms, deliverables, and compensation details.

6. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of YouTuber campaigns to assess their impact and ROI.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the YouTube and influencer marketing space to identify new opportunities.

8. Brand Representation: Represent our brand professionally and effectively while communicating with YouTubers and content creators.

9. Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and brand messaging.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

2. Experience: Proven experience in client relationship management, influencer marketing, or talent management, with a focus on YouTube influencers.

3. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable collaborations.

4. Influencer Network: Existing connections and a well-established network within the YouTube and influencer community is a plus.

5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with YouTubers and represent the brand effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹101,195.30 - ₹300,000.00 per year
