**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Merchandiser / Production

Location

Tronica City/ Signature City, Loni, Ghaziabad

Objective of the position

Responsible for overseeing the production and inventory planning functions within the organization. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that production and inventory levels are aligned with organizational goals and customer demand.

Key Results Areas
- Correspondence with buyers for queries related to order and get a confirmation on PO.
- Internal Follow up with fabricators, cutting section and stores for TRIMS & accessories.
- To arrange sample for buyers from Sampling department and get the pattern checked from pattern Master.
- Developing and implementing production and inventory planning strategies that align with organizational goals and customer demand
- Overseeing the production process to ensure that it runs smoothly and efficiently, and that products are produced to the highest quality standards
- Managing the inventory planning process, including forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization
- Monitoring inventory levels and taking action to ensure that they are aligned with customer demand and organizational goals
- Collaborating with sales and marketing, to ensure that production and inventory plans are aligned with customer requirements
- Ensuring that production and inventory planning processes are compliant with relevant regulations and standards

Person Specification:
Male / Female

Qualification: Essential

Desirable

**Essential**: Diploma in Fashion Designing / allied courses.

**Desirable**: Master's degree is an added advantage.

Work Experience

**Essential: Experience**:2-5 years of rich experience in production and inventory planning in Apparels and allied industry is preferred with experience in a leadership role.

**Desirable**: Experience in soft toy design is an added advantage.

Age

21- 35 years

Technical / Soft Skills required

** Strong Computer Skills specifically Microsoft Office Suite**

Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Strong project management skills, Strong knowledge of production and inventory planning principles and best practices, Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary

Upto 3 lacs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
