- 201301**POSITION DETAILS**

**JOB PURPOSE**

To ensure last mile connectivity, with timely installations and quality resolution of any difficulties faced by customers.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

1) Pre and post NOC survey capturing of building level information as per company format

2) Forming, Planning and designing of Clusters/FSA/DSA

3) Creating ODN plan, Bill of Material, Bill of Service

4) Responsible for onboarding partner teams for execution of IBD and INFR activity

5) Responsible for end to end rollout of FTTH network inside the building premise through partner teams as per Quality standards set by the company within defined TAT and KPI's including project management.

6) Responsible for DPR (Daily progress report), Material consumption booking done by partner teams

7) Responsible for First Time Right deployment, Acceptance test either directly or through third party agency, clearance of punch points within defined TAT

8) Strict adherence to safety measures

9) Responsible for management and supervisory of large partner teams and certifying their Invoices the work executed through them within defined timeline

10) Responsible for material management and reconciliation

11) Responsible for POP Infra work which includes installation and grouting of Networking Racks, I&C of Battery terminals and SMPS, I&C of Air-condition as per requirement, electrical work as per requirement, I&C of OLT through partner teams

12) Implementation of Dark Fiber routes and its acceptance

13) Implementation of P2P through Telco

Policy and Process Compliance

1) Ensure that the organization’s processes and policies are adhered to.

2) Provide regular input to keeping our processes in alignment with organization objective

3) Provide input to business, field services and operations, training and quality teams as applicable

3-5 years in functional domain

**EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**

Bachelor’s Degree

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
