**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our studio management tech tool to photographers and studios within a designated territory.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of photography industry and studio management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Identify potential customers in the designated territory and present our studio management tech tool to them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Provide product demonstrations and trainings to potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
