We have a significant presence on leading e-commerce platforms such as Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.

We are seeking a **Senior E-Commerce Manager** with a proven track record to lead and optimize our multi-platform e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Platform Management**: Oversee and optimize our stores on Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay to drive sales growth and ensure operational excellence.
- **Strategy Development**: Develop and execute data-driven strategies to increase visibility, conversion rates, and revenue across all platforms.
- **Product Listings**: Manage and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, keywords, and SEO for each platform.
- **Inventory Oversight**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock availability across platforms to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- **Advertising & Promotions**: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, PPC advertising, and deals to drive traffic and improve ROI.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- **Customer Experience**: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and product development, to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years managing e-commerce stores on Etsy, Amazon, Walmart, and eBay.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in e-commerce tools and platforms, including listing software, analytics tools, and PPC management tools.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Strong understanding of marketplace SEO and keyword optimization strategies.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights.
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
- **Problem-Solving**: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with multichannel listing tools like ChannelAdvisor, Sellbrite, or similar software.
- Background in product sourcing or inventory management.
- Familiarity with fulfillment methods like FBA and third-party logistics providers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
