**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:

- Monitor and process daily orders for Amazon and Shopify platforms.
- Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure orders are packaged, labeled, and shipped on time.
- Update order tracking and manage inventory to prevent stockouts and delays.
- Handle cancellations, returns, and refunds according to company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
- **Listing Management**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon and Shopify, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Upload high-quality images and update product information based on new collections, customer feedback, or seasonal trends.
- **Inventory & Pricing Management**:

- Track and update stock levels to prevent overselling or stockouts.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage restocks and update product availability on both platforms.
- **Customer Support & Issue Resolution**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about orders, product details, shipping, and returns.
- Investigate and resolve any order or listing issues with the support team at Amazon and Shopify.
- Previous experience in e-commerce order processing, listing management, or related field.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Shopify admin, and general marketplace policies.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data-tracking tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with inventory management tools and listing optimization software.
- Knowledge of SEO, keywords, and e-commerce best practices.
- Familiarity with other marketplaces like eBay, Etsy, or Walmart is a plus.
