We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Telecaller / Inside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our business forward.

As a Part-Time Telecaller / Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new leads, nurturing existing relationships, and supporting our sales team. You’ll be responsible for making outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, and contributing to our sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new leads based on customer needs and company criteria.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Engage with existing customers to follow up on inquiries, provide additional information, and promote upselling opportunities.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining customer records.
- **Data Management**: Accurately enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
- **Performance Tracking**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and report on progress regularly.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve our sales approach and customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone manner.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Ability to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries professionally.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- **Availability**: Flexible to work [specific hours, e.g., evenings, weekends] as required.
