Role: Telecaller (Tamil & English)

Product: SAASGOLD platform (FinTech / SaaS / Gold investment services)

Location: Chennai preferred / Remote acceptable for experienced candidates

Schedule: Full-time / Part-time (flexible hours)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold & warm calling potential clients, explaining what SAASGOLD is and how it benefits them
  • Handling inbound enquiries (if any)
  • Follow-ups: get prospects through sales funnel, schedule next call / demo
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and next steps

Must-Have Skills:

  • Fluent in Tamil and English (spoken & written)
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to explain SaaS / financial product features clearly
  • Strong follow-up discipline; persistence without being pushy

Preferred / Bonus:

  • Previous experience working with jewellers or gold businesses
  • Familiarity with financial / investment / SaaS products
  • Basic CRM usage
