Principal Duties/Responsibilities
- Manage all Sales related coordination and MIS.
- Support Sales Managers and RMs for their coordination with respective channel partners.
- Connect with channel partners over the phone for assisting them to resolve issues & queries.
- Ensuring that the channels partners are aware of all the updates related to company policies, schemes, marketing initiatives and all other updates.
- Manage outbound calling to customers related to sales & services as and when need.
- Handling service related escalations from Lending partners and channels, resolving the grievances.

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
