**Placement Officer**

**Position**: Placement Officer (2 Positions)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Location**: Ranchi, Jharkhand
**Salary**: 10,000 to 30,000 Depends upon qualification & Experience.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Industry Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals to create employment opportunities.
- **Campus Recruitment & Job Fairs**: Organize and coordinate recruitment drives, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions.
- **Training & Career Counseling**: Provide career guidance and job readiness training to enhance employability.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with trainers, career counselors, and industry partners to improve placement outcomes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to network and build industry connections.
- Basic knowledge of job market trends and recruitment processes.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms for placement coordination.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or career counseling (0-5 years).
- Understanding of skill development and vocational training programs.
