**Role**: Customer Support / IT Technical Support.

**Location**: Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

**Languages**:Malayalam and Tamil / Kannada /

**Experience**: 1 - 2 years’ experience in Customer support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installing new systems, equipment, or software, and performing regular maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in onboarding new customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to customer success.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting technical issues, either remotely or onsite, by diagnosing and solving problems.
- Provide guidance to customers on how to use products or systems, helping them understand functionalities and features.
- Good understanding of Product & Service.
- ensuring timely responses and proactive engagement.
- Build strong relationships with key customers, acting as an escalation point when necessary.
- If there are any complex technical issue arises then immediately need to escalate to developer team.
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Sales, Product, and Support) to solve complex customer challenges.
- Diagnosing and solving technical issues reported by customers.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports.
- Creating and maintaining user guides, technical notes, and FAQs to help customers troubleshoot
- Prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of customers throughout the support process.
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with product development teams to help improve future iterations of products or services.
- Maintaining effective communication with customers to explain technical details, updates, or next steps.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a customer service or technical support role.
- Any Graduates or post graduates can apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
