We are looking for an **E-commerce Communication and Sales Executive **at Designer Silver Jewellery label Moha by Geetanjali, based in **Thane**.

**Requirements**:Basic: At least 1 year of retail ecommerce sales experience.

We are looking for someone who is excellent at communication. Someone who has sales background and skills to interact and explain the customers through the necessary communication mediums.

**Skills**:

- Excellent salesmanship skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Written and verbal English communication skills.
- Wellversed with the internet, aps and technology.
**Job Requirements**:

- Aiming to meet and exceed sales targets
- Manage all communication channels everyday.
- Help with products and show them design options to satisfy retail customers.
- Resolve all the customer queries.
- Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, Website, Phone calls Etc.
- Acquiring customers reviews for websites and google.
- Add delight to customer experience.
- Ensure deliveries are on time and inventories are correct.
- Taking orders from client and ensuring client's payments and generate orders.

**Salary**: ₹250,332.00 - ₹300,181.00 per year
