Role Description: Marketing Content Manager We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing Content Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading our content initiatives across digital platforms while ensuring strong brand consistency and engagement. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content strategies that drive visibility, conversions, and brand loyalty. A major focus of this role is strengthening our influencer marketing ecosystem and enhancing video-first content, including product showcases, brand storytelling, campaign creatives, and short-format videos. Strong video editing capability and an understanding of performance-driven content will be essential. You will work closely with internal teams including brand, marketplace ops, design, and product to deliver impactful campaigns that support company growth. Key Responsiblities Develop and execute content strategies for multiple e-commerce and digital platforms Create, edit, and optimize content including product copy, social media posts, scripts, and ad creatives Manage influencer collaborations from selection to content execution Focus on producing high-quality video content aligned with marketing objectives Collaborate with designers and photographers for visual asset planning Track content performance and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels Support marketing campaigns and new product launches end-to-end Qualifications Strong skills in Content Management, Content Strategy, Writing, and Editing Proficiency in video content creation and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to handle projects independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field Experience in the e-commerce sector will be a strong advantage Location kalher, Bhiwandi
