**Position**:
**Your Responsibilities**:

- We are looking for an experienced digital designer to join our design team. You will be required to oversee the design project from end to end, starting from conceptualization to completion. You will also need to lead your design team towards producing high-quality designs. Your contribution will add value to the team and the end product, directly impacting the business.
- As a digital designer you will identify new opportunities to create better user experiences, aesthetically pleasing branding strategies to help effectively reach more customers.
- You will lead on fellow team members, create as well as translate schematic wireframes to high fidelity mockups and work with developers to create stunning prototypes.
- You will oversee all digital design projects, from conception to delivery.
- Designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
- Reviewing junior designers' work to ensure high quality.
- Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Increase user friendliness in digital products
- Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
- Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Aesthetic skills.
- BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
