**Key Responsibilities**:

- Brand Consistency: Uphold and reinforce a consistent brand identity across all platforms and media.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to deliver cohesive and strategic design solutions that align with business goals.
- Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others.
- Design Systems: Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of design systems and style guides, ensuring consistency across all design outputs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to continuously bring fresh ideas and innovation to your work.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Revisions and Feedback: Actively refine and improve designs based on constructive feedback from stakeholders, iterating as necessary to achieve the best possible outcomes.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain a comprehensive library of design assets, templates, and resources for easy access and use by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI and graphic design, with a robust portfolio showcasing your skills and versatility.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI-powered design tools, along with a working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, and responsive web design.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices to create user-centered designs.
- Experience with video production, animation, and motion design is highly desirable.
- Exceptional visual design skills with meticulous attention to detail, typography, and color theory.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to receive and integrate feedback, iterating on designs to meet the project’s objectives.
