**About the role**:
**Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer/Video Editor include but are not limited to**:

- Design social media posts including posters, banners, and other visual assets for clients across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create and edit engaging video content including short-form videos, promotional reels, and ads for social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and target audiences, ensuring all visual content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design and video content, adhering to client guidelines and maintaining high visual standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and video content strategies for social media.
- Edit video footage to create dynamic, attention-grabbing content for social media ads, product promotions, and brand campaigns.
- Assist with content scheduling and help optimize assets for different platforms.
- Support the team with other design and video editing needs as required for various digital marketing projects.

**Some skills that a Graphic Designer/Video Editor may have include**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design and video editing, preferably in the digital marketing or social media space.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and the type of content that performs well on each.
- Experience creating social media reels, stories, and promotional videos.
- A strong eye for design, with expertise in layout, typography, and color theory.
- Solid understanding of video editing techniques, including sound design and motion graphics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work in poster design, social media content, and video editing (required).
- Experience with additional video editing tools like Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques.
- Basic experience in photo/video shoot direction or production.
- Familiarity with social media advertising formats (e.g., Instagram ads, Facebook ads)
