**Job Description: Graphic Designer for Digital Marketing Agency**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Development**:

- Develop branding assets, such as logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides, for clients across various industries.

**Content Creation**:

- Design graphics, infographics, and illustrations that align with the brand’s identity and marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and graphic design.
- Recommend and implement new design approaches to enhance creative outputs.
- Present design concepts to clients and incorporate their feedback into final deliverables.
- Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Prepare files for digital production, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Optimize images and graphics for performance without compromising visual quality.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and specifications for creating platform-specific assets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design projects.
- Exceptional typography, layout, and color theory expertise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs quickly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple deadlines.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (preferred)
