Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Lead Graphic Designer to oversee our creative design team and ensure the delivery of high-quality visual content. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to proactively handle client interactions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can understand client requirements, translate ideas into designs, and guide the team toward timely and impactful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the graphic design team, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality output.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and creative direction.
  • Take ownership of client communication, provide timely responses, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Develop creative concepts and design materials for digital and print, including branding, social media, marketing campaigns, website graphics, and more.
  • Review, guide, and provide constructive feedback on the team's design work.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, content, and product to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of design deliverables while meeting quality standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
  • Support and mentor junior designers to improve skills and performance.
  • Proactively suggest creative ideas and solutions to enhance brand presence and project outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and proficiency across various design formats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to take responsibility and handle clients independently.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), CorelDRAW, Figma, etc.
  • Strong understanding of branding, color theory, layout design, typography, and UI/UX fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
