our Responsibilities will include:

- Knowledge and experience of creating brochures, marketing material, common business collateral, basic copywriting, branding and editing & working with images.
- Should have knowledge in working/designing in real estate field.
- Solid experience this with designing tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Lightroom Classic
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest design trends.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
- In-depth understanding of brochure design
- Responsible for understanding requirements, visualising, and creating graphics including logos, layouts, and photos.
- Ability to create creative designs for Social Media, websites, etc.
- Must have Knowledge and skills in designing & developing Print Media Graphics such as: Brochure
- s, Corporate Stationery, Posters, Hoardings, etc.
- Must have good knowledge of Typography, Alignment & Colour Theory.
- Keen eye on Design & Details.

Skills Required:

- You have at least 5-year experience, ideally within Graphic Design, Web Design, Packaging Design or UI Design.
- You are a good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can articulate your ideas to different stakeholders.
- You have good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign and Adobe Lightroom.
- Experience within Real Estate would be highly valuable.
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
