JOB Description

Understands the design briefs and requirements of client/internal team members -Plans and conceptualizes creatives based on the requirements -Creates illustrations using the appropriate size, style and presents them for consent -Coordinates with the clients, line producers, audience developers and other team members as necessary, suggests the design ideas and drives client satisfaction -Understands the creative trends and changes in social media and plan designs and formats accordingly -Follows the brand and platform guidelines when designing for a particular brand -Ensure that graphics are visually appealing and conveys the rights message

Functional Skills: Strong experience in graphic designing Understanding of designing software and technology (like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw) Understanding of aesthetics and details Design knowledge pertaining to various social media platforms Creative flair People Skills: Ability to meet deadlines Communication skills Team Player
