**Job Overview**:
As a Social media manager/Graphic Designer at LSS, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging content across our social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to design graphics, edit videos, and create compelling reels that align with our brand identity and resonate with our audience. Your goal will be to drive engagement and enhance our social media presence through creative and innovative design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create high-quality, visually appealing graphics for social media posts, banners, advertisements, and other digital assets.
- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce engaging videos and reels for social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- **Social Media Management**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
- **Content Creation**: Design and create content that is visually appealing and tailored to specific social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design work maintains a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms and marketing materials.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, social media best practices, and tools to continuously improve and innovate our content.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze the performance of social media content, using insights to optimize future designs and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media content creation.
- Proven experience in video editing and producing content for social media platforms (e.g., reels, stories, short-form videos).
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of video editing tools and software.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong creative vision with attention to detail and the ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
