**Job Summary**

KC Overseas Education is currently seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team and take charge of this strategic position to execute the growth plans of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for shared service functions of accounts (accounts payable, accounts receivable, compliance) & finance. Creating, developing, managing, and retaining the team
- To provide strategic direction and design road maps that correspond with the objectives of the organisation
- Assess and analyse the organization's financial performance in light of its long-term operational goals, budgets, and predictions. To offer analysis and suggestions for the organization's short
- and long-term growth plans.
- Deliver and ensure audit and process compliance requirements.
- To recommend educated and measurable steps to achieve overall business growth, while focusing on a multitude of individual and overlapping projects
- In accordance with the organisational structure, develop financial KPIs, budgeting frameworks, and MIS models, and regularly analyse and monitor financials. Take P&L ownership and oversee cash flow and budget allocations for the organization
- Fund management
- Executing the daily fund requirement and deploying excess funds in mutual funds as and when necessary
- Razorpay
- Overseeing the reconciliation done by the senior manager
- Payroll
- Ensuring that the team members payroll is processed on time by the assistant manager, and the statutory payments (PF, ESIC, and TDS) are made within the due dates. Additionally, make certain that the salary data is reconciled with the KEKA software
- Incentives
- Ensure that incentives are timely paid out to various business units in accordance with the established frequency
- Validating the annual accounts of KC Overseas Education Pvt Ltd and Krishna Consultants.
- Oversee all monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual activities related to accounting and finance
- Enhance the operational efficiency by using automation tools
- Overseeing and ensuring that all legislative compliance requirements are met
- Ensuring the MIS reports are generated by the Sr. Manager on regular basis
- To undertake risk management functions by analysing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- To manage and ensure cordial relationships with vendors
- Coordinate and liaise with Shared Service Operations HR and Payroll teams for continuous monitoring of employee operations costs
- Ensure compliance with the law and the company’s policies
- Person preferably should have exposure in her/his earlier stints on
- Fund raising
- Handling IPO
- Getting audits and due diligence done by Big4
- In-depth knowledge of risk management practices and corporate law
- Proficiency in the use of financial management software and MS office
- Excellent presentation and organizational skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- People skills and effective communication skills
- Competent in scenario analysis and projections, as well as in predictive analytics
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills
- Significant experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.
