**Job Title**: Field KYC Verification Officer

**Location**: Archana Complex JC Rd, Doddamavalli, Sudhama Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **Field KYC Verification Officer** with at least **6 months of experience** to join our team. As a Field KYC Verification Officer, you will be responsible for performing KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at various customer locations in the field to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field visits to verify the identity and KYC details of customers.
- Collect and verify customer documents such as proof of identity, address, and other necessary KYC information.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of KYC data collected.
- Fill out and submit KYC forms and verification reports as per the company’s process.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner during the verification process.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to customer documentation or data.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company-specific KYC policies.
- Maintain accurate records of visits and customer interactions.
- Report field visit outcomes to the designated team or supervisor.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc KYC-related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in KYC verification, field verification, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of KYC regulations and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with using mobile apps or devices for data collection is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable mode of transportation.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits and interacting with customers.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
