Merchant KYC Executive - Restaurant Partnerships (Rapido Food Delivery)

**Location**:
Bangalore (Field + Office Work)

**Salary & Benefits**:

- ₹18,000 - ₹20000 per month (including transportation allowance ₹100/day)
- Training & support provided by Rapido & Marconix
- Incentives on performance (onboarding targets achieved)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to restaurants across Bangalore (leads will be provided + cold calling required).
- Explain the benefits of partnering with **Rapido Food Delivery**.
- Collect and verify restaurant KYC documents (GST, FSSAI, PAN, Bank details, etc.).
- Assist owners/managers with **form filling, documentation, and app onboarding**.
- Ensure smooth activation of restaurants on the platform.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, calls, and onboarding status using company systems.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly onboarding & KYC targets.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in **Kannada, English, and Hindi**.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile apps.
- Prior experience in **sales, merchant onboarding, KYC, or field verification** preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Willingness to travel within Bangalore.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,832.54 - ₹19,046.92 per month
