Job Opening: KYC Specialist - Payoneer Process

Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Sit Out)
Work Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Mode of Interview: Any mode including Teams
Vacancies: 20 positions

Role & Responsibilities:

- Engage with existing Payoneer customers to complete e-KYC and video KYC.
- Ensure seamless verification for customers to continue using Payoneer services.
- Guide customers through the KYC process and resolve queries.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, Kannada is not mandatory
- Prior experience in e-KYC and video KYC processes is required
- Understanding of GSTIN certificate, what it is and how to obtain it

Salary & Benefits:

- 25,000 in-hand
- 30,000 CTC plus 5,000 Variable
