**Job Summary**: We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling outgoing customer calls and customer service inquiries, integrating customer service and sales strategies to ensure exceptional service and enhanced customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage a large volume of outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different customer service topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or a similar customer service/sales role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; further training will be provided.

**Salary**:

- INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month
