Job Title: Telecaller

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
- Introduce and explain our products or services to prospective clients.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective questioning and communication.
- Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls for sales representatives.
- Record and maintain accurate records of conversations in the database.
- Handle customer objections and effectively address concerns.
- Meet daily and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
